General Retention Principles
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

- Meeting legal requirements

- Respecting your rights and preferences
Specific Retention Periods
Different types of data are retained for different periods:
4.1.1 Account Data
- Active accounts: Retained while account is active
- Inactive accounts: Up to 2 years after last activity
- Deleted accounts: Up to 30 days after deletion request
- Account history: Up to 5 years for legal compliance
4.1.2 Transaction Data
- Payment records: 7 years for tax purposes
- Transaction history: 5 years for business records
- Invoice data: 10 years for legal compliance
- Subscription records: 3 years after cancellation
4.1.3 Usage Data
- Analytics data: 26 months
- Log files: 12 months
- Performance metrics: 24 months
- User preferences: Until account deletion
Data Deletion
When data reaches the end of its retention period, we ensure secure deletion through:
- Permanent deletion from active databases
